Yesterday on top of p90 yoga, I went on a power walk with a girlfriend of mine... for 2 HOURS. It really felt great to be out in the sunshine, but good HELL I am sore today! I think I used muscles I didn't even know I had! Yikes!
I splurged a little on dinner and had a slice of margherita pizza with my ginormous cabbage salad. I didn't feel bad about it one bit since I missed lunch. And according to daily.plate I was actually in the minus for overall calories since I did so much working out.
On the docket for today? Legs and back p90 and ab ripper... Boy is that going to hurt!
