Starting up again

I've been a complete slacker on both the posting and the healthy eating, so we are going to try this again...
Batman and I are signing up for a race. We are still deciding whether 10K or half marathon, but we found a training program that would work for either (it's geared towards a half). Today starts our training, so wish us luck ;-)
Oh and I think I may try to jump on and update throughout each day as I eat so I can be a more vigilant poster... we will see if it works?
Here goes:

Breakfast:
2 scrambled eggs with salsa (I can't eat scrambled eggs without it. I hate the taste and texture otherwise)
half a banana (Brynna ate the other half)
half an apple
half an orange (split these both with Batman)
half a cup of sliced strawberries

Snack:
carrot sticks with 2 tbsp hummus
celery sticks with 1 tbsp PB

2 small cups of soup
fruit

S: chips w/ hummus

D: 1/2 angry fried rice leftovers
2 glasses soft red wine


workout: legs and shoulders (p90)

Wednesday 3/31-

B: banana
toast with jelly

L: ww sante fe style beans

S: chips w/ hummus

D: baked potato w/ butter
1 glass sav blanc


workout: 1 hour elliptical
15 walk on treadmill


Thursday 4/1:

B: McDonalds (bad news) sausage biscuit, hashbrown and small decaf coffee

L: potato wedges

S: chip w/ hummus

D: 1 spring roll
1/2 angry fried rice
jasmine tea
(all sawaddee)
workout: none (walked the mall w/ Kel)
