Slacker

So I haven't posted since Thursday, but let's just say the weekend had less than desirable food choices...

mac n cheese one night... crepes Sunday morning... eek!

I've still been working out though and I'm hoping that has countered some of the bad choices.

So I think I'll just skip over the weekend and start with yesterday

Monday 3/29-

B: banana
toast w/ jelly (we were out of PB)

S: handful of chocolate covered pretzels (I have a feeling these may need to go)

L: half chicken salad pita
apple

S: potato wedges

D: baked potato w/ fake butter and fake bacon bits

had about 6 32 oz glasses of water over the day too

workout: cardio x

Good all day... then came dinner

Thursday 3/25-

B: 1 Slice toast w/PB (btw this is the REAL PB- nothing added just plain peanuts ground up)
1 lg orange
1 C fresh strawberries

L: Veggie Sandwich
Small bag kettle potato chips (Did NOT need these)
1 med apple

D: Red Robin :(
BLTA croissant w/ fries (only had a couple of them though)
3 onion rings (the smallest ones in the tower)

Workout: Elliptical 1 hour
Walked 15 min
(total calorie burn was around 700)

I think I'm going to add what I do for working out each day as well. I think that will help keep me going since I know I have to post what I did.

Here's the list so far this week:

3/22- legs and back (p90), elliptical 30 min

3/23- kenpo (p90)

3/24- (rest day for p90), walked 3 miles
Tuesday 3/23-

L: WW meal
small salad w/ french dressing
water

S: 6 chocolate covered pretzels
8 grape tomatoes w/ hummus
diet coke

D: PB & J sandwich
water

S: 2 C air popped garlic popcorn
1 diet coke w/ vanilla vocka
water

Wednesday 3/24-

B: banana split tofu smoothie
water

S: 6 chocolate covered pretzels (they're finally GONE!)

L: veggie sandwich
apple
water
diet coke

S: big cookie from Great Harvest
slice of bread from Great Harvest

D: 1C couscous
1.5 C veggie mix (corn, green beans, lima beans)
2 slices Harvest Blend bread with butter

S: 1 slice Harvest Bread w/ butter
Diet coke w/ vanilla vodka (okay NO MORE OF THESE)

Okay, so here I'll be posting everything that I put in my mouth... okay well any FOOD or DRINK that is.

You can weigh in on how I'm doing if you want.

D: 1c steamed asparagus seasoned with Mr.s Dash

3/4 c wild rice

Friday 3/19-

L: WW meal (sante fe style rice and beans)

D: CHEATER ALERT!!
3 slices Pa.pa Mur.phey's delight crust pizza (pepperoni and olive)
5 cowboy cookies
2 caffeine free diet cokes

Saturday 3/20- CHEATED!

B: Fruit and protein smoothie

L: 2 slices of leftover pizza
water

S: 4 cookies (not all at once, but over the day)

D: 1c Mac n cheese
2 Horns.by Ciders

Sunday 3/21:

D: Dominoes pasta bowl (mother of all cheating!)

Monday 3/22-

I think that brings me to today- which I'll post tomorrow. I realized how much I cheated over the weekend (I'd like to blame Batman, but I make my own decisions so I can't) EEK! Way too much. It didn't seem like it at the time... I guess that's why I'm posting it all, so it doesn't happen too often, right?

On with the weight loss!
