Good all day... then came dinner

Thursday 3/25-

B: 1 Slice toast w/PB (btw this is the REAL PB- nothing added just plain peanuts ground up)
1 lg orange
1 C fresh strawberries

L: Veggie Sandwich
Small bag kettle potato chips (Did NOT need these)
1 med apple

D: Red Robin :(
BLTA croissant w/ fries (only had a couple of them though)
3 onion rings (the smallest ones in the tower)

Workout: Elliptical 1 hour
Walked 15 min
(total calorie burn was around 700)
