Slacker

So I haven't posted since Thursday, but let's just say the weekend had less than desirable food choices...

mac n cheese one night... crepes Sunday morning... eek!

I've still been working out though and I'm hoping that has countered some of the bad choices.

So I think I'll just skip over the weekend and start with yesterday

Monday 3/29-

B: banana
toast w/ jelly (we were out of PB)

S: handful of chocolate covered pretzels (I have a feeling these may need to go)

L: half chicken salad pita
apple

S: potato wedges

D: baked potato w/ fake butter and fake bacon bits

had about 6 32 oz glasses of water over the day too

workout: cardio x
