Hmm..

according my.plate I only ate 453 calories yesterday... I find that hard to believe, but I guess it's sort of accurate. In reality I know my caloric intake it probably about 20% higher than it says (to be on the safe side I assume that), but that still means I only ate 530 calories. And I burned close to 600. Apparently, I am in the deficit overall. Hmm... not sure what to do... I'm a little afraid that being TOO careful will send me into a tailspin like it did in college (aka anorexia and bulemia). Yesterday, I ate when I was hungry and ate the few things that sounded good. Hmm...
